BANTEN –<\/strong> Satuan Reserse Narkoba Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Cilegon amankan pengguna sabu di Kampung Cirunten Hilir, Desa Bandulu, Anyar, Banten pada Senin, (28\/6\/2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kapolres Cilegon, melalui Kasat Reserse Narkoba, IPTU Shilton, membenarkan hal tersebut. Sabtu (3\/7\/2021), pihaknya membenarkan telah mengamankan seorang laki-laki dengan inisial N (28) asal Bandulu, Kecamatan Anyar, Kabupaten Serang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Betul, kami telah mengamankan tersangka pengguna sabu, pada saat penangkapan, kami lakukan juga penggeledahan dan didapati Barang Bukti (BB) berupa dua paket plastik bening berisi kristal warna putih yang diduga narkotika jenis sabu,” kata Shilton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Selain itu, kami amankan juga sebuah handphone merk Oppo warna hitam,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selanjutnya, setelah dilakukan interograsi, pelaku N (28) menerangkan bahwa sabu miliknya ia dapatkan dari saudara D (27) dengan asal tempat tinggal yang sama dengan tersangka N (28).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Setelah mendapatkan informasi tersebut, kami langsung bergerak melakukan pengembangan kasus kepada saudara D (27) dan tersangka berhasil kami amankan, lengkap dengan BB sebuah handphone Samsung warna gold,” jelas Shilton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Untuk keperluan penyelidikan lebih lanjut, kedua tersangka, N (28) dan D (27) diamankan ke Polres Cilegon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kemudian, kedua pelaku akan dipersangkakan sesuai Pasal 114 (1) dan\/atau Pasal 112 (1) UURI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman paling singkat 5 tahun, paling lama 20 tahun dan seumur hidup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
